By the Sheriff's Office —
Jose Juan Cinton, 42, El Paso County, was arrested on August 3 for larceny theft. He was released after posting $400 cash bond.
Jesus Urias, 28 of Van Horn was arrested on August 6 for assault family violence. He remains in custody at press time.
