Erma Calderón Loft, a former Van
Horn resident, will be in town on Saturday, Sept. 28, for the signing of
her book, “My Mother, mi Vida, My Family” at the Ramada Hotel. Erma
left Van Horn in 1976, but she will always call Van Horn “home.” Erma
now lives in Sun CIty, Arizona. Her book reminisces about her mother's
sayings, and how everything now makes sense as an adult.
