VHHS District Champion Lady Eagles played Marfa Monday evening for the Bi-District Championship. The Lady Eagles came out strong and swept the Lady Shorthorns with three straight wins. They served tough and made some exceptional plays. The Lady Shorthorns never had a chance against the fierce Lady Eagles.
The Lady Eagles have had an amazing season so far. With a record of 16-5, three losses coming from 3-A teams, this volleyball season has been nothing short of outstanding. These ladies have worked extremely hard on and off the court to maintain their momentum and they are peaking at just the right time.
They will play the Miles Lady Bulldogs this Saturday in Ft. Stockton at 3 p.m. It will be our most challenging match by far. It will be the match of the season, so please come out and show your support. Please congratulate the Bi-District Champion Lady Eagles!
