Since we introduced the new web site a few months ago, we have had numerous problems, as our subscribers are well aware. We have been working on fixing the problems, We are as frustrated as you are.
We are currently working on a fix to the subscription/log-in issue. Our tech managers have told us that this problem should be fixed in the next few days.
You can read the PDFs of the newspaper for free. Once the log-in problem is resolved, there will only be limited free content as before. If you are a subscriber, you will be able to log in with your new credentials and go directly to the content you choose — without having to worry about the profile window that now opens when you log in.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and you have our word that we will fix all the technical problems.
