Lady Eagle Volleyball is well underway. With just 3 weeks into the season the Lady Eagles have already achieved many great things. We arrived at the Wink Tournament two weekends ago. We beat out all the small schools and kept up with the larger ones.
Out of 16 teams the Lady Eagles came home with a righteous 4th place finish. Kianna Fierro brought home her first Volleyball All-Tournament. Our performance at the Wink Tournament definitely set the tone for a great season!
We hosted our very own Volleyball Tournament this past weekend. The Lady Eagles dominated and won every single set and match earning them Champions of their own tournament.
Kianna Fierro received Tournament MVP, Cami Uranga received Outstanding Defensive Player, Karina Ramirez and Cassandra Castro both received an All-Tournament.
The season has been very busy since the start of two-a-days and there’s definitely no stopping us now! After many sets and matches the Lady Eagles are 4-1 with regular season games and 11-3 with tournament play. We look forward to an exciting season, and we encourage everyone to come out and watch us play as we continue to play with pride on the court and joy in our hearts. GO EAGLES!
