The Lady Eagles season came to an end Friday night in the area round playoff. The ladies fell to the Miles Lady Bulldogs.
The Lady Eagles finished the season 23-7 overall and 9-0 in district play. Leading the way were a group of strong seniors, Cassandra Castro, Kianna Fierro, and Karina Ramirez, who truly bought in the new philosophy despite the short turn around.
I was very impressed with their dedication and the leadership roles they took on this season. I would like to thank our three seniors for working hard throughout the season and giving it their all.
I would also like to thank our younger girls for taking on the challenge of improving their game this season. I look forward to the future and the potential of this team.
