Two local 14- year -old students were arrested at the Eagle Field House Friday night. The students allegedly broke into the facility during the football game and took items from the opposing team’s locker room. Mrs. Dahlia Benevidez, CCAISD superintendent gave the following statement: “We regret that a few of our students decided to engage in this kind of activity because this bad decision will have a negative impact on their lives. The vast majority of our students are honorable and do the right thing on a daily basis. The district is working with law enforcement to ensure this does not happen again.”
