David Murrel Plant passed away on January 18, 2015 at his home on Hospice care.
David was born on August 4, 1955 in Carrizozo, New Mexico. He grew up and graduated from Van Horn High School in 1973. He married Wanda Stephens in 1974 in Orlando, Florida.
David was preceded in death by his parents (Murrel and Rosemarie Plant) and his brother (John Wesley Plant).
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Wanda Plant of Orlando, Florida; a son-Stephen Plant of Orlando, Florida and a daughter-Stacy and (Ryan) Harmon and granddaughter-Sophia of Orlando, Florida: three sisters, Pat (Coke) Johnston of Plano, Texas; Margie (Wayne) Taylor of Deming, New Mexico; Barbara (Bob) Burns of Lubbock, Texas.
David loved his family and his favorite NFL team (Dallas Cowboys.)
