Local veterans are asking for volunteers to observe Memorial Day on Monday, May 30, by participating in placing small flags over our local military service men and women cemetery plots. Those who wish to volunteer are asked to join the group at the Van Horn Cemetery at 9:00 a.m. on Monday. Flags will be provided. Please volunteer and expose yourself and your children to the local sacrifice given for our freedom.
