RICHARD STANLEY MCNUTT

A Godly man, Richard Stanley McNutt of Van Horn, entered in to eternal life on Saturday, August 6, in El Paso.  He was 72 year of age.  Mr. McNutt was born on January 19, 1944 in Framingham, Massachusetts to his loving parents.

Christian graveside services were held on Monday, August 15 at 2:00 p.m. at the Van Horn Cemetery.

  Richard was a proud to be an Army Veteran and was a proud American.  He was a former truck driver preacher in which he drove all across America turning souls of non-believers to souls for Christ.  He was a preacher, a former home builder and a proud father.

Richard met and married in the eyes of The Lord his soul mate and greatest love of 15 years Sandra Cochran in Massachusetts.  They enjoyed a wonderful devoted life of faithful service to the Lord and to each other.

  Upon moving to Van Horn three years ago, Richard worked for Camels in Van Horn as a mechanic.  Richard never meet a stranger and always had a kind smile and inventing hand shake and a word of comfort from God for those he met and knew.

  Richard is preceded in death by both his parents.

  Richard is survived by his wife Sandra Cochran.  His loving friends Lyle and Brenda Overhalser of Van Horn and many friends and souls that he turned towards Christ.

The McNutt family entrusted Heritage Funeral Home of Van Horn with professional arrangements.
