The United States Postal Service office in Van Horn has posted notice to it’s customers about an upcoming change for mail collection time. Postmaster Maria Carrasco said that effective April 10, the scheduled collection time will change from 5:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This includes the blue mail drop box in front of the building.
