Terri Reed, Senior VP with Entrepreneurial Trainings was in Van Horn yesterday making strides through the efforts of the Workforce Solutions Borderplex Mobile Outreach. Mrs. Reed has scheduled training sessions every 3 month to promote economic growth and spur creativity and innovativeness and provide people with the tools they need to start a business.
