Our beloved husband, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend Cecil Hartley Kellum, Jr., of Carlsbad and Rio Rancho, New Mexico entered into eternal love and remembrance on November 2, 2020 Texas just north of Van Horn, while completing his duties for AT&T.

For 40 years, Cecil was a telecommunications specialist working for various telecommunication companies. His coworkers cleverly nicknamed him Dr. Kellum because of his ability to fix what appeared to others as unfixable.

With his sparkling personality, Cecil would make total strangers his closest friends very quickly.

Cecil’s wit, charm will be missed dearly by his beloved family and friends, as well as his generous and huge heart of love, grace, and humbleness.
