possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. He remains in custody at press

Lopez, Joseph, 21, Van Horn, was arrested on 09/01/2013 for public
intoxication and disorderly conduct. He remains in custody at press
time.
Englehardt, Jarrod, 23, Van Horn, was arrested on 09/01/2013 for
public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. He was
released after posting a $1,500 surety bond.
