Albert Zeller II, a recent tranplant from New Jersey, opened his new gun store, Rio Grande Arms, on Monday. He says he enjoys Texas and its wide open spaces. Once he gets completely settled in his new surroundings, he will begin teaching concealed handgun classes. He will also teach NRA classes. Mr. Zeller is a Navy veteran, having served from 1988 to 1992.
