The Eagle Golf Team played extremely well on Monday in Alpine! They played a good front 9 and then came back and played a spectacular back 9. Leading the Eagle golfers were Freshmen, Rafael Rodriguez Jr. and Roman Rocha. Rafael came in with an 89, with a score of 40 for his back 9 earning him 4th place.
This is a very young team playing against some experienced, seasoned golfers. They are learning to stay focused and play their game regardless of who they go up against. The top four scores came from Rafael Rodriguez (Freshman), Roman Rocha (Freshman), Kyle Seyffert (Sophomore), and Joseph Vorheis (Sophomore). Their team score of 389 brought home 2nd place. This is a great score for this team and I have faith that their scores will continue to get better.
