Shorty Sanchez, 432-284-1633 The Glorious season of being thankful for all our blessings and enjoying the company of family and friends is upon us. Our Lady of Fatima Parishioners and Friends would like to invite the community of Van Horn, residents of Culberson County and visitors to come together once again this Holiday Season. Let us renew our Christian Faith by praying to the Lord every morning recognizing that He does come before all others and that He grants us continued Grace and Blessings throughout the coming year.
We are extending an invitation to everyone to a “Home Cooked” Thanksgiving meal at our Kennedy Hall on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We will be serving meals at Kennedy Hall located by the church at 308 Almond St., where we will be delivering meals to homes and to the work place for those that have to work on that day. The meal will consist of turkey, cornbread stuffing, mashed taters, savory green beans, country-style gravy, chile-con-queso, cranberry sauce, bread, and pumpkin pie. This sounds like some great eating, don’t you think?! If you know of anyone that would enjoy a Thanksgiving meal, please call us anytime from now until the 24th. Any and all volunteers are more than welcome to help us serve on that day. God Bless Us All! Faith… Family…Friends.
