No body found

According to Sergeant Elizabeth Barney of DPS in El Paso, “on Dec. 4, multiple agencies, including the Texas Rangers, Culberson County Sheriff’s Office, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Union Pacific Railroad police, and Border Patrol, were pursuing leads related to a possible murder investigation in Van Horn (behind the Sand’s Restaurant). The investigation lead to excavating a possible crime scene site near the Union Pacific tracks, but nothing was found. Because the investigation is ongoing, DPS has no additional information to release at this time.”
