The Van Horn Advocate will increase its rack sales price to $1.00 beginning on April 2. Online subscribers will not be affected by the new increase.
“As much as we would have preferred to keep the price at the current 75 cents, it is no longer feasible,†said Editor Robert Morales. “We have to contend with higher paper prices with our printer as well as a price increase with using color. We made the right decision to switch printers, and we will continue to offer our readers a quality product.â€
