Culberson County Sheriff officers arrested a 31 year old man identified as Chirag Patel working at the Red Roof Inn in Van Horn. Patel has Felony Escape charges in Alabama and additional arrest charges include public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is currently being held without bond pending his extradition.
