A DPS traffic stop outside Van Horn led to the arrest of 31 year old Karla Garcia of Presidio Texas charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. Information provided to this office is Ms Garcia is a Presidio ISD elementary teacher. Ms Garcia has posted bond and released from the Culberson County Jail.
