Early morning practice for the Eagles

The Eagles Football team traveled to Clint for their first scrimmage of the year with only one day of practice with the entire team. Despite Clint being a bigger school, the Eagles were positive but with much work to be done, the Eagles fell to the Lions 5 – 0. The Van Horn Eagles have been working hard all week and are focused and determined in bringing all the working parts together in the explosive, fast paced spread offense they run, a definite weapon with great all around team speed. The football scrimmage originally scheduled for Friday was moved up and will be tonight against Fabens and Alpine.
