The Culberson County Hospital District met in Regular Session on April 10, 2019. The Board approved an expanded scope of work proposal from Rees Architects to add the design of the parking lots to the façade improvements design previously approved. The District is awaiting proposals from civil engineers to provide the necessary engineering services for the parking lots. Project Manager Judy Blazek reported that the installation of the doors to the clinic is scheduled to begin April 16. Once completed, patients and pharmacy customers will have direct access to both the clinic and pharmacy rather than having to enter through the hospital entrance.
In other business of the Culberson County Hospital District:
Approved the consent agenda.
Approved the purchase of a plaque honoring Dr. Lipsey.
Learned that USDA will be conducting a Civil Rights Compliance Review in May.
