Valentine High School student Evan Hall won the District 6, 4-H Horse Show in Fort Stockton last week.
Evan clinched the title showing not one, not two, but three horses in various events.
GAR Buffalo Blue, (Eight Ball), and Evan, won the Judged Events buckle and the English Hunter Flat buckle. Judged events include: Western Pleasure, Western Riding, Western Horsemanship, Western Showmanship, Western Trail and Cow Boxing. English Events include: English Equitation, Trail and Showmanship.
On her horse Big Cat, (Gato), she won the Stock horse Buckle. Stock horse events include: Reining, Stock horse Trail, Stock horse Pleasure, Stock horse Horsemanship, Stock horse working cow and Cutting.
Riding JLG Annie can Rap, (Annie), Evan won the 3 year old Futurity Buckle. The Futurity
Events include: Reining, Pleasure, Halter and Trail.
