Candidate filing deadline passes; March 1 primary election candidate lineup set

Culberson County Democratic party chair Dan Baeza reports that the filing deadline for candidates who wish to run for political office in the March 1 Democratic party primary election has passed. The deadline to file was ended on Monday, December 13.

According to Baeza, the following candidates have completed the filing process to run for offices shown and their names will be on the March 1 ballot.

•County Commissioner– Precinct 4

At this writing, there are no announced candidates seeking any local offices on the Republican ticket in a primary election to be held on the same date, March 1.
